The longevity peach cake is a customary cake design to celebrate birthdays of the elderly in Chinese tradition. I once had someone wanting to order such cake for 60th birthday, so I told them 60 is now too young for such cakes. 70 I'm still on the fence. 80 and 90 yes, by all means. It is a privilege to make such an auspicious cake.
